LEÓN: THE PROFESSIONAL
This project is a fashion editorial style "fashion story" inspired by the cinematography and styling of the film Léon: The Professional, directed by Luc Besson and starring Jean Reno and Natalie Portman. It represents the relationship between both characters, Matilda a girl who, due to her father's contraband problems, loses her family, and Léon, her neighboring hitman.
The objective of this editorial is to recreate the retro aesthetics of the film, from the 90s. In the first pages the innocent girl is shown at home, in the following pages the two characters appear together on the street with a more rebellious and challenging, and we finally find them on the floor where most of the plot happens, with weapons, ready to attack and deal with their problems.
The chosen looks follow two very different lines, the girl's styling is casual but with grunge inspirations such as bomber jackets and military boots. But for the hit man, he is governed by a more sober style, with high neck jumpers and long coats but always with some detail that stands out, whether they are rings or chains.
